We maintain a Complaints Policy for those who wish to provide confidential feedback directly to the office of our CEO, Richard Potok.
If you wish to lodge a concern or complaint via this process, please submit an email, which will directly reach the inbox of the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
In your email, please include:
- your full name, address and a contact phone number we can reach you at
- an explanation of what your complaint is about so we can understand your issue (please include dates, locations and the names of the people involved)
- any copies of relevant documents, such as letters, emails or reports
- details of what you would like to see done to resolve your complaint, and why.
