I undertook an Aurora Internship at Queensland South Native Title Services (QSNTS) in Brisbane following numerous positive recommendations of the program from fellow university students. My experience was nothing but positive, eye opening and hugely interesting.
For 6 weeks in November/December of 2018 I had the pleasure of being placed with the National Native Title Tribunal at the Brisbane office, as part of an internship program through Aurora. As an Indigenous applicant I also received an Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarship.
In the June/July Holidays, I undertook a placement at Queensland South Native Title Services (QSNTS) via the Aurora Internship Program - an organisation devoted to letting students and graduates experience (and work in) organisations with an Indigenous focus.
